My goal is to help you reconnect with your true self, which may be clouded under layers of trauma, false messages you have received from others, disappointments, or just the busyness of life. Once you are able to accept your true self, I will help you develop positive behaviors and actions that are congruent with the person that you are, and always have been.
I draw from a variety of orientations, including a humanistic approach, ACT, CBT, ecotherapy, and mindfulness. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction issues or other problems, I can help you find a new way to live.
